All rooms can be equipped with the usual range of support equipment as required. The Carlile and Ireland rooms are being fitted with a wall hanging system and will very soon be available for all types of exhibitions.
Please note that the building is now fully accessible to everyone after ramps, platform lift and a fully accessible toilet have been installed. Toilets have also been improved to a high standard.
Room details as follows:
THE CHAPEL. Can seat up to 100 people and with its grand piano and superb acoustics is a perfect venue for musical or orchestral concerts, theatrical productions, large meetings and self catering banquets or dinners.
THE STANLEY GILL ROOM. Suitable for small meetings and conferences.
BISHOP STAPLEDON LOUNGE. A comfortable cosy room suitable for refreshments and group meetings.
RICHARD CARLILE ROOM. Suitable for conferences, meetings, training, community/ cultural group activities, exhibitions. Can be opened into the John Ireland Room if required.
JOHN IRELAND ROOM. Suitable for similar activities as the Richard Carlile Room, into which it can be opened if required.
PRACTICE ROOM. Contains a piano for practice sessions.
